Advice needed for new shop!

Hey I just opened up my etsy shop less than a week ago but I'm hardly getting any traffic, very few favorites and no sales yet- if you all want to take a look and offer up any advice you think might help, that would be greatly appreciated!

Cute shop..Love your banner! You only have 12 items. The more items the more views you will get. For the headbands..very cute..it will just take the right buyer to spend $30. Higher priced items usually take much longer to sell. Also promote outside of Etsy and hit up some boutiques in your area.

I would work on cohesiveness for your shop. Sometimes with such completely different types of products, a customer might wonder what you are really want to sell and what you do best. ...is it clothing accessories, is it signs..is it pillows..etc. Look for a way to tie it together or consider starting more in one direction. Some type of fabric art..but then the sign would be out of place...you could go with home decor...but then the headbands would be out of place.

In summary, you need more items to be seen and make your shop cohesive =)

Tearee, sounds like you give great critique & shop advice. I need some!! I checked your shop out & it looks great! Also looks as if you've been successful with it. I've realised that I need to concentrate on that one thing, but am still experimenting with what my thing will be. Maybe i should have 2 shops... Anyway, any advice, critique, etc, would be very appreciated.

Hi Keli,

You shop is beautiful!! Your titles and tags look good. You can try a few at a time where you change a couple of one word tags to phrases. I would recommend either moving the patterns to the very back of the shop or making a new shop with just the patterns.

I am also quite new to Etsy, and I would really appreciate any advice or suggestions regarding my shop. I have only had two sales, and although I am getting views every day, I think there is a lot I can do to improve, I just don't know what yet!
