I make one of a kind handmade dolls. I just accidently sent the wrong doll to a customer. She just wrote to me and said "what the f...is this? You are a scammer"! I immediately replied and said it was a mistake and I will send the correct doll as well as send the right one on Monday. She said I better return her money or things will get ugly. My policy is no returns. I am willing to send the correct doll, and the money for postage to return the wrong one. She says she doesn't want anything from my shop. Frankly, I find her reaction extreme and a bit nutty. I tried to connect Etsy help, but there doesn't seem to be an actual way to connect with them for advice. I mentioned that she might have just let me know it was the wrong doll and it would have been easy to correct. I would have been happy to correct the problem.... I've never had this kind of problem before. I'd appreciate some feedback on this. This is a link to my shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/SuzannesNeedlework
