Hi Nancy and Bruce,
Your work is lovely! The first thing that struck me when I went into your shop, besides the cool stuff you make, is that your photos have really harsh lighting. The brightness is great, but those dark shadows make you lose detail. It looks like you're probably taking your photos outdoors in direct sunlight - I'd suggest either taking them on a slightly overcast day (so it's bright, but the light is diffused) or in a shady spot if it's a very bright day. You can also bounce light off of white sheets at angles to soften the shadows a bit.
The other suggestion is about your tags and titles. In general, phrase tags are far more effective, because they match an exact phrase search as well as searches for the individual words contained in them, which in a way gives you more and better matches for search. For instance, you could use tags like "Australian Jasper", "Noreena Jasper", "Jasper Cabochon", "Wire Wrapped Stone", "Sterling Silver Wire", "Silver Wire Wrap". Use the same phrases in your titles as you do in your tags to improve relevancy in search results.
