Tags: One word tags are not favored in search. Two and three word phrases work better, make sure that you do not repeat individual words more than twice. Titles and tags should echo eachother.
Pictures: Some of your pics are too dark (I think someone else mentioned this), white backgrounds are much more likely to pop. I'd recommend buying or building a light box. I made a large one and have bought a smaller one. Just make sure to get bulbs with natural light for taking pics (I use ott light bulbs). Photo editing software also helps lighten and brighten pics.
Featured Items: Either use all the featured items, or none of them. You have three :) This happens to me too, when I sell something and don't go to shop view quickly enough afterwards.
Copyright: I don't know for sure, but my guess is that pac-man is a copyrighted item. You have to do what feels comfortable in your shop, but you should be aware that if a complaint is filed E will remove those items from your shop.
Number of Tags: I am guilty of this too. Some of your listings don't use all the tags they could. Sometimes it's just so hard to come up with the last couple of tags. Kawaii is popular, but there are lots of people who search by it. You use it in your shop description but I didn't see it in the listings I looked at (to be clear though I looked at four or five listings not all of them, so maybe I just missed it.)
About page: I love your craft show pics, but I also love seeing pics of people making their product. I think it helps connect people with the artisan.
You have some really cute items, hope this helps.
