Timeline on custom orders

Hi
Looking any info some one wants to.
But my main questions is On a custom order how long do you give before cancelling due to non payment.

I have an order that has no convo since agreeing on items and price. There is a time element that is going to make it impossible to meet the time customer was looking for delivery.

Send another message detailing that if you don’t hear from them in the next 24-48 hours, you will cancel their order. Did they give a deposit on the custom? I had something like this a few years ago, and I made the item and never ever heard from them again. Why do people do this? I don’t know, but it sounds like it isn’t worth your time.
