Hi Annie! I can't find ANYTHING to suggest to improve. Your item descriptions are clear and concise and materials list is appropriatley detailed. But I did notice two things about your reviews. First, you only have two, with 49 sales, so that's not a positive message to potential buyers. BUT the two reviews you have are stellar, so that's great news. Perhaps in your "message to buyers" section when someone purchases an item, you could give a gentle reminder to write a review if they're happy with the product. Most of us sellers know the importance of a great review, but the average customer may not realize they can even write a review! The one review who says the necklace is prettier than in the picture may be your key. When I look at the page showing all your items, they seem not so close-up. But when I click on an item, it definitely POPS with color! I think your pricing is very reasonable, so I don't think you're overpriced. In my business classes, though, I do remember years ago the teachers explaining that sometimes when an item is priced TOO low, customers assume it's low quality. I'm not saying your stuff is low quality! But perhaps do another ETSY jewelry study to make sure you are priced high enough! I would pay more than your prices for your creations.
