open my shop about 2 year ago. I been selling a few items. I notice this pass month no sales at all. Please help me to improve my shop. I need a sincere critique.

Good Morning! Hope I can help.

Your banner and shop description- "handcrafted jewelry" sounds too vague. Handcrafted crystal and semi precious stone jewelry gives people more of an idea of what you make. Try to describe your style, materials and who they are for.

Photos- much too dark and some are cut off. Backgrounds and props are inconsistent. The wine glass with the amethyst earrings is too distracting- too much shine on the glass competes with your work.

Measurements- how long are the earrings? Are measurements included in all your listings?

How do you package the pieces for shipping? Are gift boxes available?

Hi! I don't know how much help I can be you have more sales than I do! Maybe more consistency in your photographs, with a more bold image. I am still trying to brand myself through my photographs and stay consistent with a theme. Also, check your descriptions for spelling or grammatical mistakes. This is an area I am always brushing up on. Your work is beautiful, good luck!

Hello Carola,

I'm relatively new so I do not know if my critique will be that valuable.

First of all nice items, I think your jewelry is lovely. However I do think sometimes your pictures don't do your items justice. What would already help if choosing a consistent background, putting a white paper sheet under all your photographs will already help. (not sure if you already do so, but try to go with a non grainy paper sheet) You can also try to think of something more unique, I like how your put your earrings on the same green cup. This gives uniformity and also represents your unique style. What I alo see is that not all your photographs are the same shape, some are not square. I think it would help if you make all your pictures square. Try adding your logo, in the corning of each of your pictures. That makes it look more professional.

Hello, so I have some advice..

Your banner needs to clearly show your shop name, it looks too small to me.

Your pictures are inconsistent. I would aim to have all your jewelry shot the same way and with the same background. I have always found white looks best.

You have a lot of items which is really good! And they are all quite different.

The last thing I would work on is your SEO. Your tags should match your title word for word, then use the remaining tags with terms a buyer would search for.

Also use the space under your banner as an advertisement. Be specific and use key words to sell your shop and product.
