Please help. Not getting any customer

Hi, My Shop is StylishStoneJewelry. I make mostly stone jewelry. Not getting any customer at all. I do not have facebook book yet. Is that the only reason that I am not selling? Where do you get your customer from Etsy or from Facebook ?

I think I am doing something wrong with my products or shop. Any idea from you will be really appreciated. If you get a chance please take a look and help me.

Very pretty jewelry. I like the pictures and love the about page info and pics. I know having more items listed is going to be a huge plus for you. That would be my biggest suggestion

Hi,
Your shop looks very professional and colourful.Facebook is not the only social media platform for promoting your store.Maybe you should try Pinterest or Instagram.

Patience! Jewelry is a saturated market on Etsy with tons of competition so it may take a while.

I'd definitely pull the camera back to make sure your thumbnail shot includes your whole photo. For example if I search for a lime green necklace the top ones that pop up have bright photos with no clutter in the background where I can see the whole thing:

Compare that to your photo - until I clicked on it, I didn't even know it came with earrings because they're cut off in the thumbnail view:

Also make sure your title keywords show up as search suggestions, here's more about that:

I think you should start with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tweeter, Pinterest and etc. Social medias may give you a lot of Direct visits to your product if you know how to promote them

actually I never succeed in connecting my fb friends and I have the same problem, i do not sell on etsy but on my own website. my advice would be to have more items, to offer more choice. and consider that etsy suggests a lot of jewelry - maybe insist on what's unique in your creations... because of you. edit "communiques" may help too. and most of all, I noticed I had sales when I had reports in traditional or old medias (press, or tv). I wish you luck and keep on going !

Hello, your jewelry is very beautiful. In order to drive more people to your shop I would suggest you get Facebook and Instagram accounts. You need only post pictures of your products along with a small description of each. Then do a shop update each time you introduce new items. This will drive your followers directly to your shop. I would also look at other jewelry shops to get an idea of their item tags. By adding better tags, you’ll also drive more customers to your site. Hope this helps and best of luck to you!

Thanks Georgi,Alice and Mane Corcoran for your help. I will try. All my friends like my jewelry but I am a shy girl, do not feel comfortable asking my friends to By my stuff. I will try to have some kind of social media.
Sometimes I feel like may be no one except my friends like my jewelry 😪. But I have to try.

I think your jewelry is beautiful, and very unique. I agree, though, that the backgrounds in your product photos should be as simple and uncluttered as possible, so people can focus on your work. I've found the most success advertising on Facebook and Instagram, with Pinterest and Google + being less helpful. Good luck with more sales!
