Help with policies please!

I've been making changes like crazy and I would appreciate if someone could look at my shop's policies and about page and see if i am missing anything in that department.
Are there any flags that would make you not buy from me? Is there anything that you would add?

There are so many things people state should be in the about page..but yours looks lovely to me.
I think your policies are very detailed..but I would skip the part about cat not following rules. If you think cat hair might be a problem..just say something like I do have cats and while I try to keep all my works away from them..blah blah..

I know you requested shipping policies critique but I just wanted to add the crop on your photos, so much of the item is missing in most of your photos, try panning out a little so we get to see the full thing.
