The first thing that catches my eye is the fact that your photos are pretty but I can't tell what they are. Once I get into your listing and translate it I found out they are slippers. I would have never guessed just from looking at the photos they are slippers. Your pictures are only showing the top part but that isn't enough to figure out what they are at a glance, and sadly, most buyers won't invest time into trying to figure out what you sell, they will keep scrolling to find a photo they can identify. Possibly try to get a few pairs modeled and pull back further on your photo, at least for some of them. The ones you have now will be great for your 2nd+ photos, just not your first ones.
