Help, need lots of advice 😞

Hi all I'm a busy mum of 4 just starting out with my own little business of glitter gifts and name frames. I've only had 2 sales on here since I started a few months ago. Any help would be much appreciated

Your products are lovely. :)

Making a concise but detailled About page and adding to your policies will make your shop seem more legitimate and add to the personal feel of it. Also add more information - make sure it's concise and clear - to your product listings so customers know what they're purchasing and how to customise it.

Good luck!

Hi there,
I like your products. They look fun!

A few tips:

1. Try adding more photos- it is good to use all 5. Get creative with photos and perhaps even showing how they will come packaged, show them in use. Etc.
2. Include more detailed descriptions- size, uses, etc.

The best of luck!

Hi there,

I think you have a strong product and here's what I would suggest. More consistent photos with a plain background so that your items really stand out, if you can get them to show off the glitter too that would be great!

I searched hand glittered and you came up on the first page out of 250 pages. I wouldn't specifically look for glittered items unless I was looking for glitter. Use all your tags and try to incorporate 2-3 word phrases in your tags..hand glittered mug, pink glittered cup etc. Also, words like.. birthday gift, glittery gift, sparkly glass..
I'm not likely to be searching for a glittered mug specifically but when I'm looking for a gift for someone I might use a general term and see what comes up. Add more items!

And fill up your description a bit..create a statement that says what your items are and include words that would be in your title and tags. The object is to get your items seen and noticed and to capture the buyers attention with your description. I sometimes get stuck here because in one of my shops I sell photos and the picture says it all so I created something to add to my description that tells a little about me, what I sell, why and my policies.

You have lovely items and you will find that the little adjustments will make a big difference. Best of luck to you!

Re: Help, need lots of advice 😞

you have nice products , your pictures are too busy for me . I recommend a clear back drop . In my opinion all the writings on your background takes it away from the design and writings on your products.
I love how you displayed the mug in the box.

Also it is a good idea to add more products if you can. good luck!

What a fun shop!

My suggestion would be to really personalize your shop. Maybe add some information about your process or work-space. People love to know who made their handmade treasures. What motivated you to start your business?
Also it looks like you don't have any shop policies. Shop policies let a customer see that you've taken time to really think about every aspect of running your business, and it gives you credibility.
You have a great product, but now maybe work on building a great brand!

Keep up the good work!
