I know you are just starting out, as am I. But as others mentioned, you need more information. Even if its just the bare bones things, it will help.
I also think your banner could use some work. It's not very professional looking and doesn't draw the eye in. I had my shop banner created by a designer in Freelance for $35. Though I will be tightening it up in the future, it's good for now.
This is purely my personal opinion and suggestion, and others may think it's not needed...but I feel it's important to give the sellers ideas and inspiration of how they can use/wear your designs. Is it more a causal design? Can it be dressed up and down...that sort of thing.
I think this is important because not everyone is able to see what designs an work with, and what they would do with them if they bought them. Plus since they can't touch and holding them up to their ears or whatever, this is an extra way to 'show' them in cyber land. Maybe even mention what the design colours would work well with, skin tones and dress colours.
In your shop announcement I would try to make it SEO friendly, as well as your shop title. Both are things that make your store more search engine friendly, so SEO friendly is important for being visible. And since your craft, jewelry is very common on Etsy. It is imperative to be as SEO friendly as possible. Your current title and announcement do not have enough SEO terms, try to think of how you would search if you were the customer.
