You have your shop well set up, I don't see any glaring issues.
I'd suggest (as I always do ;) showing your products in a setting that conveys their use. For example, showing the washcloth with either bath or kitchen props, or for the appliques show them with color coordinated sewing supplies, so when shoppers see them in search they immediately "get" what it is and what it does. (For the props I try to keep them on the outskirts of the photo and keep the product centered so it is clear what is being sold)
I noticed on one of the listings I looked at there were 3 or 4 search terms that are team names - personally I would replace those with something customers would search for to increase your presence in search and hopefully bring more traffic.
And last, I'd look up competing products and look at the titles and tags of the first page of search results, to see if there are applicable search terms that you may not be using.
