Hi, I'm no expert in terms of how you could turn the visits into sales, but if I was to look at your shop as a normal buyer, my only concern would be the price of your tube clocks.
They are unique and bespoke, that's for sure, but not many people might be able to spend that much.
I don't know if this is the answer but if I had your shop, I would try and produce a few cheaper models, even 3 or 5 with everyday materials, even possibly recycled or eco friendly materials (I am mainly talking about the luxury wood I guess) and try and sell them as low as you possibly can afford, as an experiment. Maybe see if you get a few sales that way? Then if people are after a quirky idea they will buy the cheaper option; if they're after luxury, they'll go for the luxury items.
Other things I notice are the lamp products. From the photo I can't understand what they are. They don't project any light as such, so they just confuse me.
There's also a considerable jump between the cost of the lamps and the tube clocks, so maybe having some products priced in between might attract more buyers?
In general I am not sure so many variations are beneficial or not (excluding the vinyl clocks which are unique).
I do love your products so good luck and keep it up!
