I have had experience creating a wordpress theme from scratch as well as customising a premium theme to create a unique look so I am able to offer these services depending on budget and requirements.
I am planning to create some themes to start selling in my shop soon too.

Wordpress is a really great CMS as it is so easy for anyone to work with even if they aren't technically minded! It's so flexible too you can blog, create a website only, e-commerce site, directory listings & more! I love it...
