Lily, First...congratulations on your shop! Pictures look nice. I would focus on titles, tags, and descriptions. You have ALOT of unused characters in your titles. Think of words people would use, if they were looking for a heart mug. I might search "love mug" "heart coffee mug" "ceramic cup" "Valentine's day gift". Adding to your descriptions will help greatly as well. Give each item a story on how it's made, or what purpose it will serve, what occasions it could be used for, what options are available, etc. Tags...tags should be phrases from your title. Although your heart mug is "cute", I would not use that as a tag. In your shop stats, you'll be able to see top keywords/phrases that have been used to find your items. I'd use some or all of those terms in my titles and tags.
Patience will be the biggest challenge. Remember that buyers have a hard time buying from a shop with no sales. When a shop has alot of feedback, they can buy with confidence. 1 thing I did in the beginning of my shop, was a few trades. Each trade counts as a "sale" and trader are usually good about leaving feedback. There are trade teams to help you find other shops willing to trade. Many shops don't have their first sale until at least a month in.
Hope that helps, and wishing you the best of luck!
