Right off the bat, change your shop title to be more reflective of what you sell, it helps with google seo. SO change it to be something like "gemstone earrings, Gemstone Bracelets, Gemstone Necklaces" or something similar.

You should try and get all your pictures to look like that one. Type light box into google, they are super easy fast and cheap to make and it will make a world of difference in your photos and the overall look of your shop. I use a light nox for my shop and i love it!

but besides that, the title needs some work, flush it out a bit, make it a little longer, add more tags and make your description longer. I'll try to give you and exampled.

Now this is just an example, I dont know much about pearls I just used tools4etsy.com to get the keywords that are popular with "pearl necklace" and "womens necklace" under tag wars. Use it (the website) to help you out with the rest of your listings. Doing this for all your listings will help you so much with coming up relevant in search results.
You have 122 items listed in your shop, but it looks like the sections don't add up to 122, check your listings to make sure everything is in a shop section.

Hi Victoria,

I think looking at your shop front page, you could add more about what you're actually selling. I know Etsy only lets you change your shop name once, but you can edit the "Welcome" section to reflect more what you sell: there's a lot of jewelry, while gems/crysals brings to mind more loose stones. I think Rachel already mentioned, but the photos vary a lot in color and brightness. A lot of them I think are too reflective (I'm sure that's hard to tone down on bright things!)

I think you could add a lot more info about your individual items too! It's pretty sparse. You have the space, so while adding the relevant info of what it's made out of, talk a little more about your process, or expand on your materials. Something to personalize your product and let the individual maker (you) shine through!

Gems Forevermore ...NaturesJems ... Natures Delights... Which is it? There's no cohesiveness to the names I see which reflects poorly that you don't have a clear vision of who you are. What kind of wonderful benefits do the gemstones bring to my life that you elude to in your welcome section?

Your pieces would show better if the photos are more consistent - I agree with Rachel above that the piece with the white background shows best.

In your about section, I see scrolling images - which I like the idea but my eyes are not immediately drawn to your items as the backgrounds take up the majority of the photo and the items are not centered.

I was browsing your rings and noticed many are larger sizes - 7 - 9 is what I saw most. My hands are tiny, I wear a 4 ... can you make rings in different sizes? If so, mention it! You'd hate to lose a potential customer because they don't know you can make a ring to fit their size even though it may not be listed.

Some detailed photos are blurry - you should either fix them or not include them.

Your item descriptions leave a lot to be desired. I clicked on your Healing Mixed Metal section - and when I get to an items description I expect to see what kind of healing or other benefit each metal may give me. (Like you do for the Black Jet Copper necklace). Try to replicate this for the other items in this section.
