I was invited to this group just yesterday by Rachel S. and I have to say she is an absolutely AMAZING person! Why? Because I have been really struggling with views etc since June last year when I opened my shop, and although I've yet to see if the efforts are making any difference with regards to views and faves etc, there are definitely improvements being made already, thanks to her!
Firstly, she told me how to use the tagging and title areas of a post properly, through implementing the best search results from the Tools4etsy.com page. I listened carefully to what she had to say about how to use the site and she worked with me to change my tags, titles, descriptions on a single item. She also taught me how to use the WALL-E system on that website also, which was very helpful! Since then I have updated all 49 of my listings in the way that she recommended, always checking both tools on the site, and there's been success. Both she and I found different items I'm selling on the first few pages of the search results, proving it worked!
She was up at 8am USA time with this (I'm in the UK so timings are about 6 hours apart) and was really dedicated to helping me! Seriously if you need help ask her, she is amazing and I am extremely thankful to her for being so patient with this confused teenager :p
