I got an unwarranted 3 star review. The customer purchased 13 items (13 cuts of fabric). ONE piece was from my personal stash - an out of print Christmas print from Joann Fabric. Because she saw that ONE piece was from Joann, she gave ALL THIRTEEN cuts a 3 star review saying ALL of them were not good quality. This completely tanked my store reviews. I emailed her asking her what was wrong with the quality (nicely), then responded again telling her that the one cut was from my personal stash, but the others were from a reputable wholesaler that supplies a multitude of quilt shops and etsy stores, I got no response. I then just offered her a full refund if she would remove the reviews, again, no response. Not sure what I can do - if anything.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
