I a new to Esty, my shop just opened two weeks ago, I have some questions about Facebook pages: How often do you post? What do you post? And how do you use it to promote sells?

I just opened mine, but I use it to talk about projects I am currently working on, post new listings for people to share on FB, and talk about personal connections to what I am creating....like my god daughters brand new baby that is modeling some of my items right now (at less than a week old)
I think it is a good place to make those personal touches that get people interested in buying from YOU, not just an item.

I've only just opened mine too, but have found that joining some networking pages really help get your items out there, and also echo above, post some non salesy posts too

Thanks ladies, I was thinking of just posting pictures, but I think your ideas are much better because I think it will keep people more interested and coming back.
