Moving pictures within a listing

Does anyone else have a hard time moving their photos around (like last Photo to first) in a listing using their IPad or IPhone? On occasion I am able to move them across or back and forth but to move the last picture up to first, second or third spot is near impossible. Never use to have this problem until Etsy changed their format a while ago.

Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Sorry about the delay, Patsy!

I push and hold until a border appears. Left and right are easier. To move up and down, I hold the background with one finger on my non-dominant hand and drag the pic with my dominant finger up. I find up easier than down for some reason.

Just remember to press the pic with your finger it until a border appears.

Oh, hi! Thank you for your reply! I do hold my finger down on the picture until an orange border appears, in fact everything you mentioned I try. I just wanted to know if it was just me and my iPad/iPhone or a common problem. Oh, I found cleaning my screen helps too. All the best...

Amazingly, it is now much easier to move pictures within a listing. Must have been a bug messing up controls.

I am having problems with this, only happened on some listings. I can’t figure out why, it is now November 2021 so it was not fixed. Did you ever find out how to get around it?
