Are you using an iPad, or another device?
Is it happening when you are using the app, or the Etsy program through an operating system?
The first thing I usually do when the app is acting up is to delete it and reinstall it. On the iPad, push down and hold the Sell on Etsy icon. When a little x's appear, push that and the app will disappear.
You have to go find the app in order to reinstall it. I search for it with a search engine, locate it and reinstall it by pushing the "install" or "download" button.
Then, see if it works.
