Vela help!!

Would someone who has a Vela account be so kind as to try to log into your account?

For the past two days, when I go to getvela.com and click "sign in" the screen goes to a blank screen. I'm trying to figure out if it is the site or my computer (and phone and iPad).

I sent a message to "contact us" and am waiting to hear back. I can't find any info on line that the site is not working.

Heads up, vela will delete all of your etsy shop listings after the first new billing cycle ,if you don't pay their new fees. I just had 500+ listings deleted in one shop, and have to start over. New photos, new listing fees..... , or quit. (tempting).

I have a second shop that will also probably be dumped if I don't keep paying. It is currently not signed up for the new fees, so I can't get into that one to even TRY to disconnect it from the listings. Getting help from them is non-existant.  I don't know how they can control the etsy listings to this degree.
