Dave, the coupon manager is really easy to use: just choose creation and expiration dates, enter a coupon code that you want to use and set the discount (free shipping, percent or fixed discount). You can also set a minimum purchase price for your coupon.

After that coupon manager will create coupon in your shop, send it to all social media you've chosen and post a Facebook offer to your page! If you want to deactivate coupon code before its expiration date you can do that just in one click. It will also stop your Facebook offer as well. Everything is under your control!

That's great! I've always had a coupon in my listings for free domestic shipping if a customer spent a certain amount. I recently tweeted a coupon code and also posted one on my shop's FB page. Both were a percentage off with limited time. I did get a nice sale from the FB page within 2 days too.

I just did a coupon deal where when you spend $25 or more your shipping is free but I don't know if it was done right that my customers can use it,we'll see I guess.

the 14 days free trial is for ALL our tools. However coupon manager is free even after 14 days trial. Hope this helps :)

I don't like that have to give someone else access to edit my listings...why is this neccessary?

Sage, we *never* modify your listings without your permission. To be more clear here - only in case you request Seller Tools to modify your listings when you run a sales event in your shop using our sales event manager (see http://etsy.me/1Vad6sS for details).
