Looking for some advice on Etsy's new shipping system. Ever since I switched over to calculated shipping, I feel like my customers are being charged too much and I actually lost a sale the other day because of it (even though I offered a 20% off coupon to make up for it) Would love if someone could look through my shop and see what I'm doing wrong. I haven't been able to figure out how to set up shipping costs to not charge extra for adding another item onto a purchase. I sell photography prints and products, so adding an extra print doesn't cost me extra & I'd like to be able to set it up to only charge shipping for the first item. HELP!
