Putting picture of shop item in thread

I'm new to Etsy and teams. When there is a thread about New Featured Items (for example) some people are able to add an image of their product in their post where you could buy said item. How do you do this wonderful piece of magic?

just link the web address of the item Etsy will do the rest :)
