Dobi here. I am also trying to improve my rankings and views, so I am no a pro and still learning how the Etsy search algorithm works and yet to figure this out. But what I normally do when I do not get views is I try to change one thing at a time. I usually monitor my last 5 to 10 listings that I have listed every day and I check my stats - keywords, where my traffic comes from, on which page I rank for each of my keywords in my tags, etc. My husband also helps me as he gives me tips on cover photos that I need to change or tags that I may think about replacing with new ones. So my advice would be to change one thing at a time for only one of your listings and see if this helps. I checked a few of your listings and they look fine to me, they have relevant tags, good description and titles full of keywords. One thing you can try to start with for example is to get the picture to speak of the product - like on this listing -
https://www.etsy.com/listing/502368187/custom-weekly-family-planner-week?ref=shop_home_active_2 on the cover page, you can add text right on top of the photo stating what it is - weekly family planner. SO when someone searches and many many planners come out, the person will not be bothered to read the title and your pic will speak of it.
Again, I am not sure if this is good advice, it's only a suggestion, so you may try it out and see how it works for you :)
