Constructive Critique

Pretty much all of us would like our shop to look better because a better looking shop gets what? More sales. ;)

If you are interested in having your shop critiqued (honestly and respectfully), then let us know. We'll all look and give feedback.

My plan is to get all the ideas that are put forward again and again together into a list that we can refer back to it, kind of like a self-check list.

Hi Whitney!

You've got some lovely product. The photos that use the frame and backgrounds are particularly nice. You managed to make it artistic without being distracting or, dare I say it, nicer than the item (believe me, I've seen it). Some of the other photos don't seem to have the best lighting. If you can do the frame pics for those as well, it might be beneficial.

Update your shop description. It's easy to forget when you put something date sensitive in there and it passes. By doing these critiques, I took a closer look at my own and realized I was MONTHS out of date. Oops!

What kind of clip is it? Make sure you describe that well and then get a picture of the clip itself. In fact, make sure you use every picture space available. They really help sell an item.
