Thank you for joining the Redhill Etsy team - please introduce yourself to everyone (anyone??!) else.
I'm Clare & my shop is OrnatelyLanterns. I paint glass - lanterns & candleholders - & have been selling at craft fairs for about 15 years. I joined Etsy in 2015, hoping to get a chance to contact creative people who live in my area - & maybe sell a little too!

I'm Jonathan - having spent the best part of 10 years as an art editor in publishing it came time to give my own venture a go in the shape of Rocket Bunny. We create limited edition t-shirts, hoodies and other goodies, along with bespoke togs for customers. Everything is designed and printed at our little studio in Coulsdon - we mostly screen-print but also do vinyl transfer, sublimation and archive quality paper print.

I live in Reigate and it's great to see so many like minded people in the local area and look forward to getting to know everyone!

Hi…..my name is Nikki and I must apologise for the extremely late reply! I have just moved house from Reigate to Betchworth so not far but have had one or two teething problems associated with the move and also a very sick labrador. I won't go into that!

I too am very new to Etsy but love browsing the site and hope in time that the business will take off for me. I love to search the antique/junk shops and fairs for furniture and bits and pieces to upcycle and have been doing this for a while for friends and family and for my own home. I am about to take on a small retail space locally so will see how that works alongside this.

Good luck to you all. Meeting up to share ideas sounds lovely. I hope I can make the next one. : )

Welcome to the Team - & sorry for the late reply. This team doesn't actually use Etsy for posting & corresponding I'm afraid, as it's not proved to be a very good platform for keeping in touch.

We keep in touch there & give a lot of support. We also meet up every couple of months to catch up with each other - and also to learn a few new Etsy things.

Hello! I am new to the group, Thank you Clare for starting this group. I am hoping to start a business up soon as I am a stay at home mum with lots of health issues and I need to start earning money again.

I do lots of things, knitting , crochet, sewing, papercrafting including origami and drawing. I love lineart and colouring and am actually hoping mostly to sell artwork.
