Hey everyone, I thought I'd throw this to you first before I hit up the Etsy Tax/Bookkeeping team (that group is so huge!).
How do you track your inventory? How do you keep track of what's sold in Etsy versus what you have on hand?
I'm having a hard time keeping track of what we have in the store versus what we have actually made, and have run into two situations where a customer bought an item that I forgot to deactivate in my store because we were all out of the actual items (talk about scrambling to make new ones!). Ugh.
I've always used Quickbooks for recordkeeping and inventory tracking with our other businesses, but I'm finding it hard to track jewelry making supplies and our actual products that we've made with them.
Any advice greatly appreciated!
