Hi Melanie! I'm fairly new her too, opened shop in February. It is very frustrating trying to get people to view and buy, I'm still trying. I only had 6 sales in 4 months!
Here are some tips that I've learned (tough I am still trying to figure this all out too!) so far:
Add a nice banner for your shop; work on your shop description, about page, etc.: for tags, what I've learned is that you have to think like a buyer….what words would they actually use to search? For example, for your wall hanging you could add Decorative Wall Sconce. Also, people say that your item title should be repeated in you tags…not sure why. Make sure you use all 13 tags. maybe add more pics. Otherwise, great start! Try not to get discouraged! Oh, and join Teams and play their promotion games! For me that's the only way I have gotten noticed. Good Luck!
