Does anyone here make and sell patterns as part of their business? I've had a few people asking for patterns of my designs, and I'm wondering if I should take the leap and make a few to see how it goes. I'm thinking of starting off with some more basic designs rather than my more original pieces, that way I'm less concerned if people spread them around. I know that's something I ultimately can't control, but someone making and sharing around a pattern of a pair of pants isn't going to bother me as much as my lingerie patterns, which I've taken a long time to perfect.
Any thoughts, experiences?
