Hi! I'm Jen and I've been slowly getting more and more serious about my Etsy Shop. I have young kids and not much time to create, but I do what I can. :)

One thing I haven't been able to improve is the feedback I get from my buyers. I've had 18 sales but only 5 people have left feedback. In my message to buyers I thank them for their purchase, offer them free shipping on their next order and ask them to take a moment and leave feedback. What else can I do? I feel like it would help my credibility if my numbers were higher.

It is really hard to get feedback from everyone. I have about half the feedback as I do sales as well. I do leave feedback for everyone who purchases kind of as a reminder for them to leave feedback for me. I tend to wait a few days as well since it takes time for the products to arrive and they have to use them as well.

I had a lot of feedback with my buyers account, but of course nothing when I opened up my store with this account. To get more feedback I started purchasing on this account. Most people won't look at the feedback, they just want to see that it's 100%. I would suggest buying some things to bump your score up.
