My name is Mycah and I am a PhD student studying Marketing at a large university in the Pacific Northwest (as well as a very big Etsy fan myself!). My mentor, Dr. Perkins (www.andrewperkins.com), and I are currently working on a project about handmade goods and we would love to get your input!
I am attaching links to 2 surveys: one for those of you who have your own Etsy shop and make/sell handmade goods and one for those of you who purchase handmade goods from Etsy shops. If you are interested in participating, please simply click the appropriate link below. If you both have an Etsy shop and purchase goods from others, you may complete both surveys. The survey should take you about 10 minutes to complete.
As compensation for your time, we will enter your name into a drawing for a $20 gift card. At the end of the survey, you will also get a chance to let us know if you would like a report of our findings. This might be particularly helpful for shop owners hoping to improve their own marketing endeavors! We are interested in establishing long-term relationships with shop owners and the survey will include a place for you to indicate if you might be interested in participating in future marketing studies with our team!
