I have two lovely products for you to try if your medium is working with paper. The first is “Best Ever Glue” by ScraPerfect and it can be used on other materials. It is fast drying dry glue that takes very little to use on a project and dries in seconds with very little positioning time.
If you cannot find that one my other favorite is Scotch 3M Quick Dry Adhesive that works just the same only no positioning time, once it is down it is down for good. Bother products are fabulous to use instead of many rolls of tape and will save you a fortune with a better finish to your product.
