Tracking should show you whether or not the item has been received and with that information you can proceed to follow your shop policies on either site,
So she's claiming that she isn't receiving the items and then you send free replacements and then she wants to send them back for a refund after a month while keeping the ones she says she didn't receive?

You must have tracking, your items are fairly expensive. What does tracking say?
