A treasury is just a collection of etsy items that have a common theme or color. If your treasury is very popular getting lots of view, clicks, and favorites, you have a chance of being featured on the front page of etsy. It's never happened to me, but I always enjoy it when someone featured one of my items in a treasury. I've gotten lots of new favorites on my items with some of the more popular treasuries.
