I think you should be careful with this. I've read that Etsy will rank lower items that have lots of likes but not many sales that follow that likes. To them it means that item is not selling as it should with that many likes (favs) and hence rank them lower. I think it has something to do with Etsy's new search updates.

I'll try to find where I read it and will post here.
