Hi,

First of all, I am so so sorry to have to be "more" severe, but some persons only take advantage of this team - and aren't here also to

*** 1 - HELP
and/ or ***2 - SPREAD LOVE

like it's supposed to be.

I spend myself more than one hour a day of my precious single Mum time to help other Etsyans to promote themselves FOR FREE of course… so I expect them to be fair and grateful too!
So I think it has to be a winning-winning "promotion" game, isn't it?

*** 1 - HELP

Persons who don't HELP personally to get rid of the spammers of my amazing crowded group boards - 60000 members - won't be welcome members to this amazing team anymore... and will be removed!

HOW YOU CAN HELP?

If you only have a couple of minutes, here is a shortcut:

1. help.pinterest.com/en/contact

2. select Report Something, then Spam, then I Still Need Help.

3. provide the link to this thread of the team and ask Pinterest to investigate spam.

ANOTHER, EASIER WAY TO REPORT SPAMMERS AND BLOCK THEM AT THE SAME TIME
1. click on spam picture, above the picture (to the left) are 3 vertical dots
2. After you click on a dots new window will open
3. Chose: "This is spam", then click "next"
4. Choose: "This is from a fake account", click "next"
5. Click "Report pin", and, "Block this person"

Thanks for your support of the board(s)… and of course, be very careful not to SPAM it/them, by following always the rules written on the top on each board…
As you may know, it's a huge work to manage it/them)!

So in the ♥ ETSY board, only ETSY listings pinned with the PIN BUTTON (present on each listing), since the little ETSY icon/name needs absolutely to appear on the pin...

A while back, I reported many accounts that you had included in an earlier list. And I recently reported some spammers directly from the Etsy love account. I didn't report them as fake, though. But as spam. From now on, I'll report as fake too.

I'll do the Pinterest contact that you first suggest here. And report more spammers.

Sarah, I hope this problem gets solved. Pinterest should really provide help here.

I hope everybody here on our team does something to help, even if a little bit. A lot of little bits can add up.

Sarah, this is a copy of what I just sent to Pinterest via their Report system.

I am part of an Etsy team, Promote With Pinterest, whose two Pinterest group boards are being infected with spam. Of the two boards, one entitled "[heart] Etsy" is the more seriously hit.

Just scroll down a bit there and you will see lots of long vertical pins that deal with body issues and such—that all are spam.

Our team's second board, which also sometimes gets hit, is "[HEART] HANDMADE and found at https://www.pinterest.com/yourfrenchtouch/handmade/

These awful spammers are ruining boards that were carefully tended for a long time. Our team leader, Sarah Noly, is constantly having to deal with this.

Please, isn't there a way to help?

Have you received once a "personal" answer from PINTEREST after indicated you still need HELP when they sent the automatic answer?

It seems I never reached this part of the process... Before it was (very) difficult, but still possible to have an answer from a human being! Nowadays I haven't get one, even from the "French" team of PINTEREST, that I supposed less busy...

Now, we still do not know that they are working on it...

Unfortunately we all do need to continue...

I am desperately waiting for the answer of PINTEREST...
