Hi! My name is Linda and my shop is the Red Elephant Art Gallery. I'm am a mother of five children and a grandmother of 10, so far. :) I own and operate 3 daycare centers in the Salt Lake area. Sunshine Academy. My children, grandchildren and the many sweet children we care for each day are my inspiration for my art. My art is whimsical, bright and happy which represents all the children I am around. Recently I have been painting my grandchildren's drawings. Many of them live in other states. i sell both vintage and hand made items in my shop, i love flea markets and old things with a history, but needed to be creative too. i upcycled wooden sieves into playful wall display shelves, by adding vintage wallpaper in the place of the metal web.
i chose the item that is both hand made by me and totally vintage at the same time, as i made it with an old wooden sieve and true wallpaper from the 50's...
