Hi everyone. I have an unusual post to follow. I apologize for seeming desperate, but I am.
I have 2 cats living in my garage. They are feral and I have been feeding them and giving them shelter for the last few months. One of them has developed a disease called PYOMETRA. It is where the lining of the uterus becomes thick from not having kittens and becomes infected. I now have to either let this cat die or treat her by getting her spayed and have her on antibiotics. I'm now taking donations from anyone willing to help in the smallest way. I don't yet know how much this is going to cost, but I'm determined to help her out no matter what. I'm donating all sales in my shops antiquetochicsupply.etsy.com and antiquetochic.etsy.com from now until she recovers. I have a ton more than what you see in my shops so please let me know if you're looking for something specific or really anything. I'm also thinking of putting together an auction for her on tophatter if anyone is willing to donate an item or buy something where the money will be donated to the cause. Please email me at antiquetochic@gmail.com if you have any questions for me about donating or if you wish to make a donation. I'm now taking my own money, and donations to pay to keep this cat alive, and anymore I can raise through my jewelry and supply shop. She's not even my pet, but I can't live with myself knowing I didn't try to save her. I have to talk to some vets tomorrow to see how much it will cost for her treatment and recovery. I'm also building an enclosure for her in my garage so she can recover without any issues and I can look after her without having her in my house since she is wild. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Erin
