Inexperienced with social media

Hi everyone! I’ve been selling on Etsy for a year and a half. I’m 66 yrs old, retired, and embarrassed to say I have NO IDEA how to use Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, etc. I have been on Facebook, socially, for quite a while. But stared setting up a FB “for business” page and got stuck. Haven’t posted anything since then, many months. It’s like a virtual ghost town LOL. 
Is there somewhere I can educated myself on these sites and how to use them? I want to promote my business, but don’t know how.

I am 57 and a retired surgical assistant, I am in the exact same spot as you are. I also have no idea on how to use Pinterest for business, IG, or Facebook for business. I have searched and searched for info on how to use these. Like you I have found no help. Do not feel embarrassed you are not the only one.
