I just made a sale and the buyer applied a $3.03 coupon to the sale.
I don't offer coupons on my site as I hand make and hand paint everything and sell as cost efficient as possible.
Because they have used this coupon (where ever they got it????) I now am losing $1.85 on this sale because I will have to make this amount difference in the shipping?
What is going on??????????
I did not offer this coupon??????
Please help to explain how this happened and what I can do to stop this from happening in the future.
