I am new to Etsy and am having a hard time drumming up business. Any suggestions/advice/helpful hints?

Lauren,
Join teams. You can share your items in most teams. Find some Facebook groups too. They are a big help promoting, supporting and getting shops out there!
Follow shops you like or favorite shops. I don't blog, but hear its a good venue too.
