My name is Helen and I started my shop up on Etsy in December so I am very new as yet and have a lot to learn. I love being part of the Etsy community and have found that taking part in team activities has greatly increased exposure for my shop.
I love colour! Working with different mediums as you can see from my own shop below. I am working on improving the quality of the photographs of my items at the moment....the light in England at this time of year is poor.

My name is Robyn from Newcastle Australia & I opened my shop in November selling quilts - and am currently working on other related items to go into the shop.

I'm still learning lots & find that I need to take better photos - at present I'm not capturing the true colour in a lot of items - the contrast is too strong in some and others appear duller than they really are. I think the light here in Australia is too strong, which might be having an effect, I need to experiment with when & where we take photos - also I'm using an ordinary camera.

I'm excited to be part of a new team that is interested in promotion. I'm looking forward to growing my stock and gaining sales.

Hi! My name is Vicki. I opened my shop 12/31/13 so almost a month now. I've been busy making items to put in my shop and in learning all that I can to help my shop succeed. There is so much to learn! My pictures have suffered as well and getting just the right background in my tiny overstuffed home has been a challenge. I'm still hoping to improve my pictures in the future though. I appreciate the opportunity to improve my shop while helping others trying to do the same through teamwork. Yay team!

Hi I'm Becky,
I originally started in October '12, but my shop didn't really see any action until about November '13 (so hang in there if you're getting started), but now I'm tentatively excited as my sales have been slowly increasing!
I do custom illustrations, paper goods and stationary, home decor, and hand-knit goods. I'm eager to keep pushing forward, and I'm really excited at the prospect of getting any tips or help in that endeavor. Great to meet you all!

My Name is Chloe.

I am currently a 3rd Year student studying Graphic Design, and with not long left to go until i graduate i thought i would start up my own company - thats when Forty8 was born.

Forty8 Provides design services to start up companies at low prices because i understand that the budget may not be there for branding.
I basically want everyone to have professional branding so that they can help promote their store - I am a huge fan of shopping locally and think people should always shop handmade or local instead of mass produced.

Although branding is my passion, i love to design various pieces of art too, which is why i have created my own easy store - this store will be filled (eventually) with the random scribblings that i come up with in my spare time.
I love it when people appreciate what i do as i think it is so hard to get noticed nowadays in the art world.

Design is my hobby and my job.

Im a bit of a geek - but i love it.

I am Tara. I am 24 years old. I started my shop in January and only have one item! I am 32 weeks pregnant and have a 14 month old, soon to be mom of two under two. I am nervous and excited.
