Our process for creating these tissues 100% INNOVATIVE AND CRAFTS made by Zapotecs hands in the state of Oaxaca Begin with washing the fibers to remove grease and any impurities and continue with dyed fibers in their natural form using dyes or natural colors depending on the order or special order while the water is heated in stainless steel vats at high temperatures using only pieces of wood to create fire as was done in the past, generating a range of strong, bright and exclusive colors based a series of formulas and combinations of special colors. We continue the drying of the fibers using clotheslines and the sun as a unique natural resource, once dry the fibers had the spinning process where we use the craft distaff for spinning dyed fibers and prepare bobbins with different colors to end up with the last process is weaving looms dyed yarns made with 100% handmade pinewood where the final fabric is so resistant to last more than 20 years.
