How effective is it to use Search Ads?

I want to know if anyone has had any luck with paying for the Search Ad feature. Were they effective for you? Did you just get traffic or do you think a sale could have been made because of search ads?

I quit using the search ads, I feel like I threw money in the ditch. I think I get better quality hits using facebook and Pinterest. Every time I post to one of those my hits go up. Rather than pay for "impressions" I would rather pay for clicks. Just my own thought.

Yea I do agreee with that I think facebook ads are wayyy better
