Hi,
I am Sharon and I wanted to take a min. to introduce myself. I am a mom and military wife here in Middle GA USA. I enjoy many crafts, I have worked with felt, wool. fleece, and painting. My new passion is jewelry making. I am enjoying learning to techniques.
I am a stay at home mom so I have some time to network and promote my shop and others as well. I enjoy helping other shop members get their shops out and noticed through out the internet.

My shop started while I was at an adoption party for a friend of mine. I just happen to bring some items that I had made to show her. One of her friends saw them and said that I should start setting up a store to sell them. Of course I thought it was a good idea, but at the time I was only 13, how was I going to be able to keep a store up. That's when I found Etsy. It's easy for me to upload items and cost basically nothing. Enough of that, now I'm 15 and my sewing skills have improved, I started out making crayon rolls and am now able to sew skirts, and other items that are more advanced. Everywhere I go I get great compliments on my handy work. I hope I can keep kids happy with the items I make, it gives me a big smile on my face when I see kids open up their gifts that I make them. Now like I said earlier Kid's are life to me, and it's true. Having three younger siblings and around 15 cousins there's a lot of love going around. I find it hard not to surround myself with kids everyday. On top of my store I babysit, sew and attend school everyday. During the summer I like to sew, sew, and sew. Some of my friends call me nuts, but it's my passion. Everyday I get inspired to make new and fun gifts for babies or toddlers. Hopefully you guys take the time and check out my store, your sure to find something that you love

Hi all--new to Etsy and this team. I'm a stay at home dad to four kids (my oldest is 15, my youngest is 10 months). Woodworking is one of my creative outlets, and I like to be innovative with what I do with my medium. I came up with the idea for my custom toys based on your child's artwork when I realized there is no way we can ever keep all of the awesome drawings my kids create. I wanted to make something long-lasting that could be handed down as an heirloom, and the idea for my toys was born.

I also make simple Waldorf-style blocks and more elaborate mechanical wooden toys.

Hi there folks!

I just opened my shop on Sunday (yay!) making brooches with Chiyogami Paper. I've been a paper fanatic for a few years now, but my creative streak runs back to my childhood. I work in Advertising by day, and my husband works as a teacher. This is an awesome creative outlet for us (hubby does all the funny writing and photography), so I'm happy to share it with everyone!

Have some huge plans, so fingers crossed things pick up! Happy to be here :)

My name is Aja and I am a stay at home mom of a newborn (2 months premie), a two year old and a 10 year old (home schooled). Hi! I am just getting started with my Etsy shop, mostly in the hopes of supporting my ravenous crafting habits.

I do kanzashi (fabric origami) that I turn into headbands and hair accessories, I make customized pillows out of old/new t-shirts, and also am trying to get steampunk inventory up there, since I am a dedicated steampunk costumer.

I also just got a brand-new photography tent so that I can take decent pictures of my items, which is SUPER exciting. Now if I can just start making sales!
