Hello all!

I am new to Etsy and curious about the perceived value of my art here as well as eager to have my art light up as many people's spaces as possible. So I am doing this promotion:

Check out items in my shop's new section, "What's it worth yo YOU," and send me a convo with your bid(s) for the item(s) you'd like to own. I will take bids for three days, at the end of which time I will contact the winning bidder and put the painting on reserve for him or her to purchase through Etsy.

There is no minimum, and you will still pay shipping. You can ignore the posted price; it does not count for this. Just bid what you think is a good price, and let's see what happens :-)

Just stumbled across this post. Excellent idea! How did it all turn out for you? Was it a successful marketing plan to attract people to your shop and, hopefully, make a sale or two?
