Your pens are absolutely beautiful! I can tell a lot of hard work and love went into making them. I'm still new at this myself, however after having my shop critiqued a little while back I've learned some good tips. The pictures look professional and are well done, however I noticed that you aren't taking advantage of using all 5 slots. Maybe giving close ups of the detailed insignias, etc. Also when describing your items, give detail on different questions buyers might ask, like the measurements, color of the ink, what materials are used, etc. People also want to know about your shop and shipping policies, refunds, turnaround time for made to order, etc. Looking at other people's policies helped me a lot to establish my own. The last (and funnest) thing would be the heart-ing and promote games. Just joining a few teams and getting into the "favorite threads" has gotten my shop a lot of views, favorites, etc. I try to do this at least once or twice a week, going into as many threads as I can. I've heard that after awhile your name will be out there in the world and your items will be promoted all by themselves. I would suggest doing that as much as possible. I hope this helps!
